Weather Cancellation Policy

SoccerTots weather cancellation policy has the best interest of our kids in mind. Any decision to cancel classes will be made in conjunction with the hosting facility. Should SoccerTots be cancelled, a notice will be posted on the front page of the website, www.soccertotsva.com, and the SoccerTots office voicemail, 703.953.1667, will be updated. Makeup session information will be posted as soon as possible.

Registration Policy

• No charge for trying out a class
• Open enrollment - can join anytime for pro-rated fee
• Ask us about setting up your own private group class

Make Up Policy

SoccerTots encourages our kids to attend all classes in a session. However, we do understand that travel, illness and life events can take priority. If your SoccerTot misses a class for any reason, just give us a call on 703.953.1667 to schedule a make up. We offer our classes at a variety of days and times, so there is plenty of flexibility to accommodate your schedule. Make ups must be schedule during the current session. Exceptions are at the discretion of the SoccerTots Director.
